Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory-grade peptides and the risk of contamination once a product has left our controlled environment, we generally cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tampered with.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect sequence, please contact us at sales@ukpeptidessupply.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will facilitate a replacement or refund immediately after verification.
